Once your order has been dispatched and tracking information is available, you can view your delivery details online. Already have an account? Simply log in to view your latest orders and available tracking information.
How to Track Your Order?
1.) Place Your Order: Complete your purchase securely through our website. Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive your order confirmation by email.
2.) Your Order Is Prepared: Your order will be processed and prepared for dispatch. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product and shipping method.
3.) Your Order Is Dispatched: Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may become available. When tracking is provided, it will be added to your order details.
4.) Follow Your Delivery: Log in to your account and visit My Orders to view your order information and available tracking details.
Where Is My Order?
Your order tracking information is available through your My Orders page when tracking has been provided.
Log in to your account to view your order status, order details and available tracking information.
When Will My Tracking Information Be Available?
Tracking information is normally available once your order has been dispatched and tracking details have been provided.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become available or update after dispatch.
If you have received a shipping confirmation but your tracking information has not updated yet, please allow some additional time for the carrier's system to update.
Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?
When tracking information is available for your order, you can find it in your shipping confirmation email and through your My Orders page.
Simply log in to your account and select the relevant order to view the available order and delivery information.
Understanding Your Order Status
🛒 Order Placed - Your order has been successfully received and is being processed.
📦 Processing - Your order is being prepared for dispatch.
🚚 Dispatched - Your order has left our fulfilment process and is on its way to you. Tracking information may be available at this stage.
📍 In Transit - Your parcel is currently moving through the carrier's delivery network.
🏠 Delivered - The carrier has marked your parcel as delivered.
⚠️ Tracking Not Updated - Sometimes tracking information can take time to update after dispatch. Please allow additional time for the carrier's tracking system to update.
Can't Find Your Tracking Information?
Don't worry — your tracking information may not be available immediately after placing your order.
Tracking details are normally provided once your order has been dispatched.
If your order has already been dispatched and you still cannot find your tracking information, please check your shipping confirmation email first. We will send the tracking code via email and WhatsApp.
